Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
Robot vacuum cleaners and mops are a great way to quickly clean up mess. The best robot vacs and mops in my tests are top-quality in navigation and mapping as well as the ability to remove Cheerios as well as tangled wires, and fake dog turds with out leaving them behind.
You can also schedule cleaning chores using an app and track their progress.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
If you're looking for the best robot vacuum and mop combo that has cutting-edge features, take a look at the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This high-end model is incredibly quick and agile and can pick up dirt such as pet hair and human hair nearly flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also has a smart-looking app interface with a mini map of your house and a few on-screen buttons to control the device manually.
Another standout feature of the S8 is its ability to alter its cleaning mode according to dirt levels, thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will pause and clean its mopping pad more frequently when it comes across dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas for mopping with a damp pad.
The mop roller has a number of other smart features, including a dock that connects to your home's plumbing system to wash and clean it without you needing to refill the mop. With the built-in voice assistant on the S8 you can make use of voice commands to set room cleaning modes and granular control using only your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking for a hands-off robot vacuum with mopping capabilities the Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile choices. It's one of a variety of robot vacuums with combo features with mops, however it's priced at a cheaper price than many of the competitors.
Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little amount of work to start, including creating an account on the manufacturer's app and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once you've done this, the robot will begin to vacuum and mop effortlessly.
It's important to note that the mapping process can take some time, and the Yeedi Cube may need a few tries before it gets an accurate image of your room. In addition, object detection can be difficult to determine; it was able to get around furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a loose tassel rug and had to turn itself over to free itself. But these are minor flaws, and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those looking for an all-in-one cleaner.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a three-in one home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features an inclination that is like hand scrubbing which results in floors that are truly cleaned, not just cleaned. The detachable vacuum stick is a game changer that can reach areas where a robot vacuum cannot.
The model is basically identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction power of 8,700Pa as well as a few additional smart features. The RGBD sensor upgrade can be used to learn your home's environment and provide the ability to avoid obstacles in a dynamic manner. And the smart app lets you customize various settings, including scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping, with both the robot vacuum as well as the mop returning to their charging base after each task to wash their pads, empty their dust bins, and put the waste in bags that self-seal. This helps to keep the system tidy and stops allergens from circulating. Its battery life is long enough to handle large spaces without the need for a recharge during cleaning.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the more premium robot vacuum and mop models that are available, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the price. It has a strong 8,000 Pa suction power as well as a rotating brush for hard and carpet floors and a great obstacles-avoiding. It also features a unique mopping method that uses a roller constantly spraying with water to collect dirt, and then dump it into the dirty water tank.
Best robot vacuum cleaner UK performed well. It stayed clear of the stairs and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing. It was unable to handle fine particles and didn't always clear the thresholds in rooms. The operating level of the sound is also high, so this model might not be as easy to set and forget as others.
Like most robotic vacuums and mops, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that lets you refill its clean water, empty its dustbin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes upkeep easy and allows the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors on regular schedules. You can manage all of its functions via the Eufy app, which provides an overview of the system and plenty of configurability.

5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top mowers and vacuums available on the market. It provides impressive vacuuming and mopping results. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with a decent accuracy, and the application lets users fine-tune the map coverage, create no-go zones, and customize cleaning preferences. The main roller brush is also designed to stop hair from wrapping around it, which can be a big pain point with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too and comes with Reuleaux triangular mop pads that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system is equipped with intelligent carpet detectors that lift the pads up when they are close to soft surfaces in order to keep them from getting contaminated.
The docking station is designed to function as a hands-free center for maintenance that is able to wash and dry the mops, and refilling them with water and detergent. The base station also comes with integrated dust processing that compacts dust for seven weeks of maintenance-free operation, unlike conventional robot vacuums which empty their dust bins each time they have to be empty.
6. S10
This robot is only a few hundred dollars more than the S8 and does a great job of keeping my office tidy. It can also reach the corners of my tiny apartment. It utilizes a laser mapping and camera to create a 3D model of your home so it can know what to stay clear of. And, unlike many vacuums with mopping capabilities it detects objects and obstructions that is able to avoid things like bowls and dog toys (but not poop).
It has other great highlights, such as the self-emptying dust bin, a mop pad that's self-washing and able to adjust the temperature of water and a side-reaching brush that is able to reach places that other mops don't. You can also set up cleaning schedules in the app and set custom the settings for each room of your home.
Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping and can distinguish between laminate, carpets and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. It can also avoid mopping rooms that are not clean if you want to reduce time. If you have several types of flooring in your home and don't wish to spend additional money for a Roborock that has advanced mapping capabilities, this is a great choice.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that can handle both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups for wet messes, this robot is a great option. It has a range of features that include a self-emptying dustbin and a separate dock for refilling water, and adjustable settings that can be adjusted via the app. It's surprisingly quiet, and it can move around furniture legs and socks with ease. It can't pick knots in the rug and its battery drains more quickly than other models we tested.
With a cost of less than $250 it's the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly powerhouse that packs serious suction and useful automation into a slick design. It didn't perform as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests for vacuuming however, it performed well. It also comes with a variety of cleaning modes to suit your needs, from the low-power 'Quiet' mode for debris that is light to the more powerful 'Turbo' mode for carpeted rooms. It can even be programmed to automatically remove and reattach its mop pads without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is a great robot vacuum and mop for people who live in cramped areas. It's extremely quick and quiet and it is able to navigate tight spaces efficiently. It also does a good job of removing pet hair out of carpeting.
It's smaller than most of its rivals however it doesn't compromise features. It has decent suction power and can be set to take pictures of each object it picks (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys) and mark them in the app as 'not located' so that they will not be picked up again during future cleanings. The photos are encrypted and are not tied to your account.
It does a fantastic job of vaccuming, however it isn't as effective at mopping. It uses disposable wipes that are clipped to the bot's bottom and drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
